Unsure of what you need or what products are available to assist you in daily activities? Let our licensed Occupational Therapist come onsite and complete a home assessment.

A home assessment is conducted with a person's needs, abilities, and safety in mind. Our OT will complete a walk-through of the home to look for any safety hazards or fall risks and discuss and specific needs one has in performing daily activities.
